Was itching to have a go with some teabag paper. This has got random painted stripes and then oversewn with machine embroidery. On top is a little patchwork boat.
Finished picture. Next time I'm going to see if I can paint a harbour and patchwork boats and little houses. Hmm I can see it in my head anyway!
